Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Social Impact and Quality to lead our efforts in enhancing data collection practices and implementing our evaluation framework. This role will engage closely with program managers to support the rollout of various technology tools, as well as develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce that drive service delivery and enhance our service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Evaluation Framework:
- Strengthen data collection practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Implement the evaluation framework across programs.
- Technology and Reporting:
- Collaborate with program managers to support the integration of technology tools.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Accreditation Committee Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Accreditation Committee.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Quality Improvement Plan Implementation:
- Roll out the PCRS Quality Improvement Plan across all programs.
- Conduct regular file audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide feedback for corrections.
- Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Utilize problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking to address quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, social impact assessment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects and social impact initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of social impact measurement frameworks and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across various sectors.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff on quality and social impact practices.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for data analysis and project management.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance related to quality and social impact.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and social responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
